More changes are coming from Detroit Mayor Dave Bing's office. After just three months on the job, mayoral spokesman Stephen Serkaian is resigning to pursue other interests. He's being replace by long-time Detroiter Robert Warfield. Warfield was a part of Bing's orginial cabinet back in 2009. He becomes mayor Bing's fourth spokesperson.
